PsyData Labs L.L.C. ("PsyData Labs," "PsyData," "We," "Us," or "Our") maintains a strict, no-refund policy subject only to the specific, limited exceptions detailed below. By purchasing, subscribing to, or contracting for any of our Services, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
All fees, charges, and payments for Services, including consulting retainers, software licenses, subscription fees (monthly or annual), and payments for custom AI model development, are strictly non-refundable. This includes situations where a client ceases to use the Services, is dissatisfied with the results, or terminates a subscription or engagement early.
PsyData Labs does not offer prorated refunds for early cancellation of annual or monthly subscriptions. If you cancel a subscription, your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, and no refund will be issued for the remaining unused period.
Refunds will not be issued for:
Dissatisfaction with Data Output: Dissatisfaction with the output, analysis, or recommendations generated by our AI models or consulting team. Our Services are inherently analytical and advisory; results are not guaranteed.
Early Termination of Contract: Termination of a consulting Statement of Work (SOW) by the client prior to it completion.
Lack of Usage: Failure to download, install, or use a desktop/mobile application or website service.
Technical Incompatibility: Issues arising from incompatibility with the client's non-standard hardware, network, or third-party software environment.
Fees for consulting and custom development are generally paid in advance or via scheduled milestones. These payments are non-refundable because they compensate for the allocation of expert resources, time invested in proprietary data analysis, and immediate opportunity cost.
Retainer/Deposit: Non-refundable once paid.
Milestone Payments: Non-refundable upon client acceptance of the associated deliverable, whether explicit or implicit (e.g., continuing to the next milestone).
Sole Exception (Material Breach): A refund may be considered, at the sole discretion of PsyData Labs L.L.C., only if the client can demonstrate that PsyData Labs committed a material breach of the agreed-upon SOW by failing to deliver a specific, agreed-upon deliverable, and that failure was not cured within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice from the client. The refund amount will be limited strictly to the fee paid for the undelivered milestone.
A refund will be considered only if the client reports a critical, core functionality failure that renders the App completely unusable on all supported platforms, and PsyData Labs L.L.C. is unable to fix the verifiable bug or provide a reasonable workaround within thirty (30) days of receiving a detailed written report. Technical support requests, minor bugs, or cosmetic issues do not qualify.
Any purchase that grants immediate access to digital content, API keys, or permanent licenses for AI models is irrevocable. No refunds will be provided for these products under any circumstances.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to contact@psydata.net and must include:
(i) The original invoice or receipt number,
(ii) A detailed, specific explanation of how the alleged failure meets the criteria set out in Section 2, and
(iii) Documentation proving the claim.
PsyData Labs L.L.C. reserves the sole and exclusive right to review, determine the validity of, and approve or deny any refund request. Our determination is final and binding.
This Refund Policy is governed by the Terms of Service, including the mandatory Governing Law and Jurisdiction provisions, requiring all disputes to be heard in Madison County, New York.
